Assign a performance activity to an organisation or position

After creating a performance activity and adding your content, you are ready to assign the performance activity to users.
You can assign a performance activity to specific positions or organisations by following these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Activity management.
- Click the activity to which you wish to assign users.
- On the Assignments tab, click Add group.
- Select Position or Organisation from the dropdown list.
- Select the position(s) or organisation(s) you wish to assign by ticking the box in front of them. You can select any number of positions or organisations.
- Click Add.
Your selections will now be displayed on the Assignments tab.
You can freely add or remove positions and organisations once the activity is Active (i.e. it has been activated).
